If you'd like to build strength, but are not sure how to do it or where to start, then this workshop is for you!
In this 2 hour workshop led by Keith Maden, we'll combine learning with a lot of doing! In the first hour we'll review the fundamental principles of strength building, and a set of curated exercises focused on building full body strength. Each exercise will be demonstrated with proper technique, and then practiced in class. In the second hour we'll put it together for a dynamic full body workout that combines calisthenics, dumbbells, resistance bands, and exercise balls.
Keith is an NCSF certified personal trainer and 200 hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). He teaches Strength Training at the University of New Hampshire as an adjunct faculty member, is a Personal Trainer, and teaches Yoga at Sōl.
